Founder and Managing Director

Ajay is the Managing Director of The Hearthstone Group, who excelled in the mortgage advisory space leading him to founding Hearthstone Mortgages in 2019. In addition to being at the top of the game in the UK advising on mortgages, bridging loans, protection and more, Ajay has built his own property portfolio across the UK. He has spoken on numerous panels throughout his career to fellow investors and mortgage lenders, and is a highly valued spokesperson for one of the most active property networks around.

Ajay’s fuel for helping as many people as possible drives him to continue growing the Hearthstone brand making sure that the knowledge he and his team share with clients is invaluable, creating possibilities that seem unattainable.

When he’s not securing property dreams for himself and mortgage clients, Ajay can be found hanging around the film studios as an actor and multiple award winning producer with over 20 projects to his name.

Jordanne Whiley MBE

Office Manager and Senior Adviser

Jordanne is an award-winning and highly experienced Senior Adviser across mortgages, equity release, commercial property, bridging, development finance, protection and will writing. Jordanne oversees the day-to-day operations at Hearthstone Mortgages; her drive to help her clients achieve their dreams is unmatched and her constant praise and reviews speak for themselves.

Additionally, Jordanne is a tennis 4x Paralympic medalist and 13x Grand Slam champion, having competed at the highest levels, prior to bringing her quite literally Olympic level ambition to Hearthstone.

Hardik Patel

Hardik joined the Hearthstone Mortgages team in 2022. With many years of experience as an established mortgage adviser, including the residential mortgage space, this made for a smooth and exciting transition to the wild world of commercial finance. In addition to his expertise with residential mortgages, Hardik offers insightful advice on commercial, bridging, and development loans.

In his career, Hardik discovered a passion for property investing. He began developing and expanding his property portfolio, making him a top choice adviser for any clients seeking a proactive, forward-thinking professional with a keen eye for wealth-building and investment opportunities.

Prior to his work in mortgage advice, Hardik worked in engineering; lending his skills to several prominent oil and gasoline contractors. Patel is family man at heart, and dedicated to his wife and two children who inspire his passionate approach to everything he does.

Satbeer Singh

Equipped with the top qualifications; CeMAP, CeRER and CPSP, Hearthstone Mortgages was glad to welcome Satbeer to the team in 2023. Helping his clients find the right fit of all that is available on the market today, depending on their individual needs, he ensures they receive excellent advice, and service. Specialising in: first time buyer residential property, first time buyer first time landlord, Company BTL, BTL in personal name, and more. In property finance, his expertise include: Bridging Finance, Commercial Loans, Development Loans, Standard BTL, Residential Mortgage, 2nd Charge and Equity Release Mortgages.

Moreover, Satbeer is a versatile accountant. With over a decade of experience in practice, he also comes equipped with the right qualifications, such as: ACCA and MBA. Consulting clientele from various industries (i.e. Real Estate, Construction, Retail, Education, Medical, IT, Transport, E-Commerce etc). As a well-versed accountant he looks after the services Hearthstone provides in the accountancy department. Offering year end accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns, bookkeeping, payroll, R&D claims, and more.

Satbeer assists Hearthstone executives, and with the support of his team, he deals in and completes highly complex cases proudly, happy clients galore.

Charlotte Grahame

Charlotte joined the Hearthstone Mortgages team in 2023, her career path began as an avid mortgage administrator at a previous firm, now near completing her training to be a qualified mortgage adviser. With excellent clientele skills, and a go-getter attitude to boot, Charlotte has been a fantastic addition to the team and has just recently qualified as an adviser within the company.

Jamie brings a unique edge to Hearthstone Mortgages, combining a deep understanding of property finance, construction, and investment strategy. Before joining the industry, Jamie spent several years working hands-on in the construction sector — giving him a practical, ground-level insight into how property really works.

As a buy-to-let investor and adviser, Jamie specialises in helping landlords, developers, and portfolio clients across the South Coast and South East secure finance for everything from single-unit lets to multi-million-pound development schemes.

Jamie’s advice is always direct, strategic, and rooted in real-world experience. Whether you’re navigating complex lending criteria or looking to scale your portfolio, Jamie works to cut through the noise and deliver results, not jargon.
