Our Fees
We believe in being completely transparent about how we are paid. Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of our fees across different types of mortgage and insurance services.
If you are unsure which category applies to you, we will confirm this at the outset before any application is submitted.
Residential Mortgages (Owner Occupier & Buy-to-Let)
Standard Cases
A total fee of £749 is payable:
- £250 application fee (payable at application)
- £499 on receipt of mortgage offer
Complex Cases
If there are:
- More than two applicants
- At least one applicant who is an ex-pat or international resident
- An applicant with adverse credit
A total fee of £849 is payable:
- £250 application fee
- £599 on receipt of mortgage offer
We will also receive a commission from the lender. The exact amount will be disclosed to you before your mortgage application is submitted.
Please note: We do not provide refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Equity Release, Regulated Bridging & Regulated Development Finance
A total fee of £1,745 is payable:
- £250 application fee
- £1,495 on receipt of offer
We will also receive commission from the lender, which will be disclosed prior to submission of your application.
We do not provide refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Semi-Commercial Mortgages
A total fee of £1,249 is payable:
- £250 application fee
- £999 on receipt of offer
We will also receive commission from the lender, disclosed prior to submission.
We do not provide refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Commercial Mortgages, Non-Regulated Bridging & Non-Regulated Development Finance
Our fee structure is as follows:
- £250 application fee
- 1% of the loan value or £1,495 (whichever is higher) payable upon receipt of the mortgage offer
We will also receive commission from the lender, which will be disclosed before your application is submitted.
We do not provide refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
General Insurance
We do not charge you a fee for arranging General Insurance.
We will receive commission of up to 30% from the insurance provider.
- If you are a retail client, the exact amount will be disclosed prior to policy inception.
- If you are a commercial client, the exact amount will be disclosed upon request.
Where we have assisted in arranging finance, we may also receive an override payment of up to 2.5% of the finance amount from the Finance Provider.
Pure Protection (Life Insurance, Critical Illness & Income Protection)
We do not charge a fee for arranging Pure Protection policies.
We will receive commission from the insurance provider, which will be disclosed within your insurance documentation.
