I got in touch with Hearthstone as their reviews and ethos looked great. Unfortunately, even when just trying to arrange a short initial appointment with Ajay, I found the communication disappointing.

One email where I provided my available dates and times wasn’t responded to for a week, and I only received a response after sending a follow-up email. After their reply, I again received no response for another week. By that point, thankfully, I had found another mortgage broker who was much more responsive.

I appreciate that businesses can get busy, but based on my experience, I would be cautious about using Hearthstone if you’re on a tight timeframe or value prompt communication, particularly if you have questions throughout the mortgage process

A great supportive service provided by Sukhraj, I went to him with complicated circumstances but he was not phased and worked hard to source me the best deal and with added time constraints he achieved the result that I needed. I used Harri for my mortgage broker. There will be no going back, amazing service from start to finish. Pursued the lenders on my behalf and kept me informed in the whole process. I must say that Hearth Stone mortgages provide excellent and professional service. I’ve dealt with Sukhraj who is great when it comes to mortgages, I’ve dealt with several mortgage advisors over the years but he is levels above your standard mortgage advisor. Don’t waste your time with other mortgage advisors go to him and he will get your mortgage approved…
